During the pandemic my yoga practice took a back seat, and it didn’t help that even prior to the lockdowns I was super self conscious about practicing with others. I needed to get back into it, and I needed a safe space in which to do so. That’s where Kelly excels. She has brought her incredible knowledge of yoga, bodywork, and anatomy to teach us yoga in the comfort of our own home in her calm and confident way. She tailors each session to our needs, and she has taught us invaluable meditation and breathing techniques that we have been able to incorporate and practice in our daily lives. With her guidance we have become so much more comfortable with yoga and in our own bodies. But the icing on the cake is when she helps you set up for savasana, covers you with a blanket and guides you into deep rest. I look forward to her class every week. It has been a saving grace in these weird times.

“I was introduced to zero balancing a year ago. After being seizure-free for four years I had two seizures due to my Epilepsy. I was struggling to get back into balance. I was having head and neck pain that lingered after the seizure.
